Due to scratch, size or welding gap, the power battery module for new energy vehicles can not be put on the vehicle production line, and due to the rework process and cost problems, it can only enter the defective product warehouse, with high cost of defective products and serious waste of resources.
The project took the standard GRES structure design, using mature pack, BMS and PCS technology to realize the echelon utilization of battery module and maximize its value. The system could not only be used as the mobile emergency backup power supply in the plant, but also has the function of peak shaving, so as to reduce the electricity cost for the plant.
